[Enterprise Plan] Types of Permissions (For Administrators)

Three permission levels are set according to user roles (Privileged Administrator, Administrator, Member). The features available differ for each permission level, so please refer to the detailed list below.

Permission Levels and Available Features

1. Privileged Administrator

Privileged Administrators have access to almost all features of Rimo Voice and possess the highest level of authority to manage the entire system.

2. Administrator

Administrators have the authority to perform day-to-day operational management and can access many administrative functions.

3. Member

Members have permission to use the basic functions of Rimo Voice. Access to some administrative functions is restricted.

About Permission Changes

General Permission Changes (Between Administrator and Member)

Contact a Privileged Administrator or Administrator, who can change the permission level from the user settings. Click here for information on changing member permissions.

Please note the following regarding Privileged Administrator permissions:

  • Advanced Security Option Contract: Privileged Administrator permissions generally require an advanced security option contract. Please contact Rimo’s sales or customer service representative for information about this option.

  • Setup Process: Privileged Administrator settings can only be configured by Rimo. If you need Privileged Administrator permissions, please contact Rimo’s sales or customer service representative directly.
