Bulk Registration and Updates with CSV Files

Inviting, Changing Permissions, and Deleting Members

You can use a CSV file to bulk invite new members, update existing members, and delete members.

Download the current member information, modify the CSV, and upload it to overwrite all member information.

1. Click the “gear” icon from the “Members” option in the global menu.

(Alternatively, click “Member Settings” from the “Settings” option in the global menu)

2. You will be directed to the “Member Settings” page. Click “Import” displayed in the upper right.

3. An “Import” popup will appear. Click “Download CSV” to download the template file. (A file named “Member List.csv” will be downloaded)

*Note: If there are no members in the created team when downloading the CSV, the team information will not be saved in the CSV and will be deleted during upload. Please make sure to register at least one member in each necessary team.

4. Edit the downloaded template file.

*Please save the file in “CSV (Comma Separated Values) (.csv)” format (whether working in Excel or Google Spreadsheets).

*The filename can be anything you choose when saving.

To invite new members:

Enter the following information:

  • Name (required)

  • Email address (required)

  • Permissions (required):
For administrator invitations: admin/For general user invitations: member

  • Team affiliations

(If members are already registered, their information will be included in the downloaded CSV. Add new member information in rows below existing members.)

To update existing member information: Modify the corresponding member’s row.

To delete existing members: Delete the corresponding member’s row.

If you haven’t created teams yet: The team column will not appear in the downloaded CSV. You can add columns “Team Affiliation 1”, “Team Affiliation 2”, etc. starting from column D to create teams and invite members.

5. Click the “gear” icon from the “Members” option in the global menu again to open the Member Settings page.

(Alternatively, click “Member Settings” from the “Settings” option in the global menu)

Click “Import” displayed in the upper right of the Member Settings page, upload the modified CSV, and press the “Preview” button.

6. On the confirmation screen, you’ll see new additions, updates, and deletions. If everything looks correct, click “Import”.

This completes the bulk update of member information.

If there are newly invited members, invitation emails will be automatically sent to them.
