[Enterprise Plan] Dictionary Registration

Improve transcription accuracy by registering specialized terms and internal company terminology that will be applied only within your company account. You can also create multiple dictionaries according to your needs.

*Up to 800 words can be registered per dictionary

Registering Words One by One (Available for Japanese only)

1. Select "Dictionary Registration" from the global menu "Settings", and click "+ Add Dictionary" in the upper right corner of the page.

2. A pop-up screen will open to register the dictionary. Enter a "Dictionary Name" and click the "Add" button.

(Select a "Preset" if necessary)

3. Open the dictionary page by clicking on the created dictionary name, and click the "+ Add Word" button.


4. Enter the "Reading (hiragana)" and "Notation" of the word you want to register. Press the "Enter key" or click the "+" button to register the word.

You can delete registered words by clicking the "×" that appears on the right side of the word.



Batch Registration using CSV

1. Click "Add Dictionary with CSV" in the upper right corner of the "Dictionary Registration" page.

2. Press the "CSV Template" button to download the template file. (A file named "dictionary template.csv" will be downloaded)

3. Create a CSV file by entering the words you want to register in the template file.

  • Column A: Reading (hiragana)

  • Column B: Notation

* Do not modify or delete the header (first row).

* Up to 800 words can be registered per dictionary.

* Save the file in the "CSV (Comma Separated Values) (.csv)" format (whether you're working in Excel or Google Spreadsheets).

* You can use any filename when saving.

4. Once you have created the CSV, click the "Add Dictionary with CSV" button again and open the "Register Dictionary from CSV" screen. Enter a "Dictionary Title", upload the CSV you created, and click the "Add New Dictionary" button. When the dictionary is registered, "Dictionary creation and word registration via CSV is complete" will be displayed in the bottom right of the page.



Adding Words to an Existing Dictionary

1. Open the dictionary to which you want to add words, and click the "Add Words with CSV" button in the upper right.

2. The "Register Words from CSV" screen will be displayed. Upload a CSV file to add words, using the same method as dictionary registration.



Duplicating a Dictionary

You can download the words registered in each dictionary as a CSV, which is useful when you want to duplicate a dictionary.

1. Click on the dictionary name you want to use as a base. Click "CSV Download" in the upper right of the dictionary page to download a CSV list of all words registered in the dictionary.


2. Edit the downloaded CSV and register a new dictionary by uploading the CSV.



Specifying a Default Dictionary

You can specify only one dictionary to be used as the default.

1. Click on the "・・・" displayed on the right side of the dictionary name you want to set as default. A menu will appear, select "Set as Default".

2. "Default" will be displayed on the right side of the dictionary name, and this dictionary will be used as the default during transcription.


Deleting a Dictionary

Click on the "・・・" on the right side of the dictionary name. A menu will appear, select "Delete".​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
