Pending user invitations can be managed using the following methods:
Resending invitations in bulk
Using the automatic resend feature
Resending invitations individually
Canceling invitations
Resending Invitations in Bulk
If you have invited multiple users to join Rimo Voice but they haven't logged in yet, you can resend invitation emails to all of them at once.
1. While logged into Rimo Voice, access https://rimo.app/members/invitations to view "Pending Users."
Alternatively, select "Member Settings" from the "Settings" option in the global menu, then click "Pending Members."
2. Click the "Resend Invitation" button.
3. When you see "Resend invitation emails to all pending users," click "OK" to resend invitations in bulk.
Using the Automatic Resend Feature
Using the automatic resend feature allows invitation emails to be automatically resent after 1 day, 3 days, and 7 days.
1. Click the "Automatic Resend Settings" button.
2. Turn on "Automatic Invitation Resend" (slide the ● to the right so it turns orange to enable) to automatically resend invitations.
*The automatic resend feature is enabled by default.
*Invitations will not be resent to users whose invitations are more than 7 days old.
Resending Invitations Individually
To immediately resend an invitation to a specific user, click the "Resend Invitation" button displayed to the right of the user. The invitation will be resent immediately.
Canceling Invitations
Here's how to cancel invitations for users who are in a pending status:
1. Click the "trash can" icon displayed at the far right of the user.
2. When you see the confirmation asking "Are you sure you want to cancel?", click the "Cancel" button to cancel the invitation.
