This feature allows you to organize notes by team.
When an administrator creates a team in "Team Settings," a team folder is automatically created.
(Team folders are completely synchronized with the created teams and are created with the same name. *You cannot create folders alone.)
By selecting a team folder and uploading audio/video files, you can share notes with all team members at once.
If there is a lock icon to the right of the team folder name, the private setting is turned on. When set to private, organization members who don't belong to the team cannot view notes in this folder.
Uploading Files in Team Folders
Select your team and upload the file you want to transcribe. A transcription note will be created in the team folder.
Moving Notes from "Personal" Folder to Team Folders
①Moving from the Note List
1. Select the "Personal" folder and check the notes you want to move.
(You can select all notes by checking the checkbox to the left of "Title" in the header)
2. Click "Move" displayed in the header, and team folder names will appear in a dropdown menu.
Click the destination team name to move the notes to the specified team folder.
②Moving from Individual Note Screens
Click "📁 Personal" displayed at the top left of the note (below the Rimo logo), and team folder names will appear in a dropdown menu. Click the team name you want to move to, and the note will be moved to the specified team folder.
Moving Notes within Team Folders (For Administrators)
Administrators can select notes and move them to other team folders.
①Moving from the Note List
1. Check the notes you want to move.
(You can select all notes by checking the checkbox to the left of "Title" in the header)
2. Click "Move" displayed in the header, and team folder names will appear in a dropdown menu.
Click the destination team name to move the notes to the specified team folder.
②Moving from Individual Note Screens
You can move notes from one team folder to another using the same method as moving notes from the "Personal" folder.
Deleting Notes in Team Folders (For Administrators)
Administrators can delete notes in team folders.
For Non-Administrator Members
When deleting notes that you have uploaded to the team folder, checkboxes are not displayed. Please delete individually from the "Delete File" option in the menu of the uploaded note.
*Please be careful as deleted notes cannot be restored.
1. Check the notes you want to delete and click "Delete" displayed in the header.
(You can select all notes by checking the checkbox to the left of "Title" in the header)
2. A confirmation screen will appear. Click "Delete" to delete the notes.
Team Sorting, Searching, and Creating New Teams
By default, teams are displayed in ascending order by name.
Sorting
Click "Name" to sort by:
Team folder name (ascending/descending)
Team folder creation date (ascending/descending)
Searching
Click the "🔍 magnifying glass" icon to search for folders by team name.
Creating New Teams (For Administrators)
Administrators will see a "+" icon in the team folder list screen.
Click "+" to open "Team Settings" where you can create a new team.
