You can manage folder-related settings from “Team Folder Settings.”

When “Private Mode” is enabled, the folder will not be visible to members who do not belong to the team.

When turned on, users who know the team folder link can view notes in the folder even if they are not team members.

You can set a default dictionary to use for each team.

(If you do not want to set a default dictionary, select “None” from the dropdown menu)

When you upload audio or video files within the team folder, the default dictionary set for the team will be specified in “Use dictionary.”

You can set the default summary template to use (Summary of the conversation / Meeting minutes / Articles).​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
