[Business Plan] Team Settings (For Admins)

Users with administrator privileges can create, modify, and delete teams.

You can also set “Team Administrators” for each team to have them add members and configure team folders.

※ “Team Administrator”… A user who has been delegated some administrator privileges within that team.

Creating and Managing Teams

STEP 1┃ Create a Team

1. Select “Team” from the “Settings” in the global menu, and click “+ Create Team” in the upper right corner of the team settings screen.

2. A “Team Settings” popup screen will appear. Configure the following and click “Save”:

  • Team name

  • Detail about the team

  • Select parent team (you can create this as a child team under the selected team)

  • Team administrator (multiple people can be set. Please check here for details)

  • Make notes private (if checked, organization members who do not belong to this team will not be able to view this team’s notes)

3. The created team will be reflected in the “Team Membership” area on the note screen, and a team folder will be created.

STEP 2┃ Add Members to the Created Team

1. Click the created team name and click “+ Add Member.”

2. Select and click the members you want to add to the team. Alternatively, you can search by username and register multiple members at once.

3. Members will be added to the created team.

Setting Team Administrators

You can set team administrators for each team (multiple people possible).

You can also designate members with member privileges (not organization administrators).

Editing Team Settings

Changing Team Settings

1. Click “…” to the right of the team name and select “Edit Team.”

2. The “Team Settings” popup screen will open. Edit the team settings and click “Save.”

Changing Team Member Permissions and Deletion

1. Click “…” to the right of the team name and select “Edit Members.”

2. You can change permissions using the dropdown menu. You can also delete members by clicking the trash can icon.


Deleting a Team

Click “…” to the right of the team name and select “Delete.“​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
