This is how to filter notes you’ve created by folder and bulk move or delete them to team folders.

1. Select “My Notes” and click “Folder.”

2. Select the team folder you want to filter by from the displayed dropdown menu.

1. Click the select all checkbox in the upper left of the note list to display “Select all my notes” (not displayed if there are 20 or fewer notes). Click this. The total number of notes will be displayed and all will be selected.

2. Click “Move” and select the destination folder.

With all notes selected, click the “Delete” button to delete them all at once.

If you want to select all notes you’ve created, select all without filtering by folder, then click the “Move” or “Delete” button.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
