How to edit transcription results in Rimo Voice.

Entering Edit Mode

Once audio analysis is complete, the transcription results will be displayed.

Click the “Edit” button at the top right of the page to enter edit mode.

Alternatively, you can select text, and a menu will appear below the selected area. Click “Edit Transcription” to start editing.

You can also adjust the width of the transcription area by dragging the double vertical bar icon in the center of the screen left or right.

Editing Text

Click on the part you want to correct to place the cursor and start editing.

All changes are saved automatically.

Auto-Save and Edit History

As long as you are connected to the internet, your edits are saved automatically.

Edit history is also recorded periodically, so if important content is accidentally deleted or changed, you can restore a previous version.

1. Click the “・・・” menu at the top right of the note and select “View Edit History.”

2. The edit history will appear. Click “Restore this version” to revert to that state.

Collaborative Editing

Multiple users can edit a transcription simultaneously.

When someone else is editing, their username will appear next to the section they’re working on, and their changes will be reflected in real time.

*When sharing a note, make sure to set the sharing option to “Can edit.”

Line Breaks

To add a new paragraph, press the Enter key in the desired location.

Each paragraph can be assigned a speaker or linked to a section.

Assigning Speakers

For details, see the help page on Automatic Speaker Separation.

Adding Sections

To add a section, press Enter again after creating a line break (press Enter twice), or hover over the top of a paragraph and click the “+ Add Section” button that appears.

Highlighting

1. Select a portion of the text. A menu will appear below — click “Create Highlight.”

2. The selected text will be added to the summary area on the left.
Enter a highlight name (e.g., Key Point, Task, Summary) and register it.

3. Once registered, that highlight name will appear in the menu.
All highlights are grouped by type in the summary area on the left, and you can quickly jump to the corresponding part of the text.

For more details, refer to the Highlighting Feature help page.
