Highlighting Feature

Updated this week

You can mark and manage specific sections of your transcription results using the highlighting feature.

By underlining important parts and displaying them alongside summary text as highlights, you can organize key points and clarify tasks.

Below is a guide on how to use this feature in the AI Editor (New Editor).

Creating Highlights

Creating Highlights from Text

1. Select the text portion you wish to highlight. A menu will appear below the text - click on "Create Highlight."

2. The selected text will be added to the summary area on the left. Enter a "Highlight Name" to register it (such as Point, Task, Summary, etc.).

3. You can change the underline color by clicking the tag icon.

4. Going forward, the registered highlight names will appear in the menu.

The summary area on the left will display highlighted portions grouped by highlight type, allowing you to easily jump to the relevant sections.

Creating Highlights from the Summary

1. When you hover your cursor over a heading in the summary section, a tag icon will appear on the right. Clicking this tag icon will create a highlight, and the underline in the transcription text will change from black to colored.

2. Clicking the tag icon again allows you to change the highlight color. Click "・・・" to see more color options.

Deleting Highlights

To delete a highlight in the summary, select the timestamp of the section you want to remove. A trash bin icon will appear - click on it to delete.

Alternatively, click the tag icon in the upper right corner of the summary area, then click the trash bin icon that appears.
