You can efficiently upload multiple audio and video files by selecting them together.
*Up to 100 files can be uploaded at once.
*Currently, this feature is only available for business plans.
1. When "Select Files" from the upload button, drag and drop multiple files.
Alternatively, click the "Select Files" button and in the folder that opens, specify multiple files (use the "Ctrl" key or "Shift" key to select multiple files at once).
2. The number of files to be uploaded will be displayed on the upload screen, so please confirm. Set the team to upload to, the language to analyze, and the dictionary to use, then click "Transcribe with these settings".
3. A notification regarding the upload status will appear in the bottom right corner of the page.
To cancel all file uploads, click "Cancel Upload".
To cancel an individual file upload, click on the rotating circle mark that appears during loading. The upload will be paused, and reload and trash bin icons will appear. Click the trash bin icon to cancel the upload. Click the reload icon to resume uploading.
4. When all files have been uploaded, "Upload Complete" will be displayed in the bottom right corner of the page, and speech recognition will begin.
5. Clicking on the file icon displayed in the "Upload Complete" notification in the bottom right corner of the page will take you to the note. When speech recognition is complete, the transcription and summary will be displayed in the note.
To continue uploading files:
Press the "×" on the "Upload Complete" notification displayed in the bottom right corner of the page to close the notification screen, then click the upload button.
