Select and Upload a Data File
💡 Recommended file formats:
Audio: ".m4a" format
Video: ".mp4" format
*If uploads take a long time with formats like ".mp3" or ".wav", please convert audio files to ".m4a" and video files to ".mp4", then try uploading again.
1. Tap "+" button in the bottom right of the home screen, then tap "Select a file" from the menu that appears, and choose the file you want to transcribe.
If you don't know where your recorded audio data is stored on your smartphone, please refer to the following. Setting this up in advance will make it easier to find files for future uploads:
2. For transcription, select the following and click "Start transcription":

3. After upload, voice recognition analysis begins.
An upload completion notification will appear in the bottom right of the screen, and a note will be created.
The note will display "Analyzing audio" with an orange gauge showing the progress.
Analysis time varies depending on the amount of text to analyze (1 hour of audio: approximately 5 minutes)
※ If analysis doesn't complete after some time, try reloading the page.
4. When the "Transcribing" display disappears, your note (transcription/summary) is complete.
Click on the note or click the file icon displayed in the "Upload completed" notification screen. The analyzed note will open.
5. Switch between the "Meeting Minutes," "AI Chat," and "Transcript" tabs, and add or edit content as needed.
