Rimo Voice allows you to transcribe audio in real-time directly from your device's microphone.
Please note that real-time recording depends on your PC's performance and network environment. The accuracy may be slightly lower compared to uploading files for transcription. For higher accuracy, we recommend recording with a voice recorder, smartphone, or web conference recording feature, then uploading that file for transcription.
How to Use Real-time Transcription
1. Click the "Microphone button" in the upper right corner of the home screen.
2. From the menu that appears, click "Start Recording." If you also want to record internal audio from your PC, check the "Internal Audio" box.
For First-time Users
You may receive a microphone permission request. Please click "Allow" to proceed.
When Checking "Internal Audio"
For Windows users:
Select the entire screen, click the toggle button in the bottom right so it shows on the right side, then click the "Share" button.
For Mac users:
Select the tab where your web conference is running, check the checkbox in the bottom right, then click "Share."
3. Real-time transcription will begin.
To stop, click the "End" button in the upper right corner.
4. When the stopping process is complete, the transcription results will be displayed. Click on any transcribed text to replay that portion of the audio. You can also select AI templates to create summaries.
