Real-Time Transcription Using the Microphone (Mobile Version)

Updated over a week ago

⚠️Please Read Before Using Microphone Recording

Real-time recording depends on the performance of your device and network environment. Additionally, the transcription accuracy is slightly lower compared to transcription results from uploaded files. If you need higher accuracy, we recommend recording with a voice recorder/smartphone or using the recording function of web conferencing tools, then uploading the file for transcription.

Also, please be careful not to put your browser in the background or close the screen to enter sleep mode during recording, as this may cause the recording to stop.

1. Tap the “+” button at the bottom right of the home screen and select “Record audio”.

2. Configure the following settings from the displayed menu and click the "Start recording" button:

  • Transcription language

  • Team (note storage folder)

You’ll see a prompt such as “Rimo app want to use your microphone” — please allow access.

3. Real-time transcription will begin.

To stop, tap the "Exit" button at the top of the page.

4. Once the recording ends, the transcription result will be displayed.

You can edit the text or use AI templates to generate summaries.
