This guide explains how to delete data recorded in Rimo Voice.
Only note administrators (the user who uploaded the data or users who have been granted administrator privileges by the uploader) can delete data.
*Once files are deleted, they cannot be restored.
Delete Individual Files
Click the menu button “･･･” in the top right corner of the note you want to delete, then click “Delete file.” A confirmation message asking “Are you sure you want to delete?” will appear. Select “Yes” to delete both the audio and text data.

Delete Multiple Notes at Once

1. On the notes list page, check the checkboxes to the left of each note you want to delete. A “Delete” button will appear in the header - click it.
2. When the message “Are you sure you want to delete [x] notes?” appears, select “OK” to delete the data.
Smartphone
You can delete multiple notes at once on smartphones in the same way as on PC.
