Note Access Request Feature

Updated over a month ago

Rimo Voice users who know a note's URL can request access to notes they currently don't have permission to view using the access request feature.

The note owner will receive an email notification about the access request, allowing them to approve or reject the request.

When approving a request, the owner can specify the level of access permission to grant to the user.

For Users Requesting Access

1. Click "Send Request" displayed on the note you wish to access.

2. The access permission request will be notified to the note owner via email.

*Access permission requests cannot be withdrawn.

3. When the note owner approves your request, you will receive a notification email. Click the link to the note shown in the email body to view or edit the note.

4. Notes with approved access will be stored in "Shared Notes."
