To use Insights, calendar integration is required.
This page explains how to integrate your calendar.
Note: If you have already integrated your calendar (and are using automatic recording reservations for online meetings with "Rimo Meeting Bot"), this operation is not necessary.
1. Click "Insights" in the left side menu, and you will see "Calendar integration is required."
Choose either Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar.
2. (Example: If you clicked Google Calendar integration) Select the account you want to integrate.
3. Click "Continue"
4. Click "Allow"
5. Your account will be integrated, and the system will import scheduled events from your calendar that contain online meeting information.
Tags will be automatically generated for the imported online meetings, so please wait until "Tag auto-generation is complete" appears in the lower right corner.
6. Select your automatic recording reservation settings and click "Save Settings".
7. With these steps, calendar integration is complete, and you can now view the Insights page.
