[Business/Pro Plan]Stop Automatic Sharing of Meeting Minutes with Meeting Participants via Schedule Integration

For meetings set up for recording through the schedule integration feature, the default setting is to automatically share meeting minutes with participants.

After the meeting ends and the AI summary is completed, an email like the one below will be sent to all participants registered in the calendar event.

If you want to stop automatic sharing, go to Settings > Bot Settings > Automatic sending of meeting minutes sharing emails and turn off the orange toggle button.

When the screen appears as shown in the image below, automatic sharing will be stopped.

If you want to share with only specific participants or control the timing of sharing, please use the individual sharing feature.
