When using the Rimo Meeting Minutes Bot features, please configure the recording settings as follows:
1. Select the "Recording" tab from the "Settings" menu in Zoom.
2. Check the box for "Advanced settings" that says "Host can give meeting participants permission to record to their own computers."
Within the "Recording" tab of the "Settings" menu, enable "Record to computer files" and check "Who can request host permission to record ?".
This setting allows the host to grant local recording permission to participants during a meeting.
