[Business] How to Subscribe After Trial Ends

The Business Plan offers a 1-week free trial.

After the trial period ends, you can continue using the service by selecting a plan and registering your credit card.

The steps are explained below.

1. Log in to Rimo Voice and click the “Upgrade” button on the subscription settings screen.

2. The following screen will appear. Select your desired plan and choose either “Monthly” or “Annual” payment, then click “Change Plan.”

3. After clicking, you will be redirected to the payment screen. Please register your credit card.

4. Once registration is complete, the screen will switch to show your active plan subscription. Please make full use of the Business Plan!

Q. What is the minimum contract period?

A. One month. After subscribing, if you click “Cancel Plan,” the cancellation will take effect after one month. You can undo the cancellation at any time.

Q. Can I resubscribe after my contract ends?

A. Yes, you can resubscribe at any time. Click “Resume Plan” on the subscription settings screen.
